Odd pairs are the one thing in this job that keeps me going sometimes. Gin and Tequila! NOPE …but…. yes!!!

• 1 oz Herbal Gin
• 1 oz Silver Tequilla
• 2 oz Grapefruit juice
• 1 oz Pineapple Syrup*
• 3 dashes creole Bitters

And if you haven’t ever tried and played with Creole Bitters… It’s in tool bag at all times.

*Juice of one pineapple mixed with equal parts simple syrup.
