Caribbean CherryDrop

Interesting new take on a Lemondrop Martini. Normal lemon drop but with Rum instead of vodka, and added some cherry juice! But personally Luxardo is much better than maraschino, especially if you are using the juice!! It has a rich, full., cherry flavor!

Taste: tart, cherry, lemon, sweet

Caribbean CherryDrop

  • 1.5 oz Bacardi Limon
  • .5 oz Triple Sec
  • .5 oz Simple Syrup
  • .5 oz Lemon Juice
  • .5 oz Luxardo Cherry juice

Love this one. There are multiple ways to make it. This way is the easiest.

  • 1.5 oz Whipped Vodka
  • 4 oz Orange Soda
  • 1 oz cream

Just build it in a glass and have fun!!

Just build it in the glass and have fun! Top it with whipped cream – there is a more complicated way to make it. But incase you wanted a creamer version 🙂

  • 1 oz Grand Marnier
  • .5 oz Vodka
  • 2 oz Almond Milk
  • 1 oz Honey
  • 1/4 of a vanilla bean pod

Mix it all together really hard and then strain really good! Come out nice and creamy!!

Odd pairs are the one thing in this job that keeps me going sometimes. Gin and Tequila! NOPE …but…. yes!!!

  • 1 oz Herbal Gin
  • 1 oz Silver Tequilla
  • 2 oz Grapefruit juice
  • 1 oz Pineapple Syrup*
  • 3 dashes creole Bitters

And if you haven’t ever tried and played with Creole Bitters… It’s in tool bag at all times.

*Juice of one pineapple mixed with equal parts simple syrup.

O.M.G. Cider

Here is a good one for the basic in all of us. Apple cider – Carmel syrup – pumpkin pie spice – cinnamon sticks no cooking needed. Just add all the ingredients into a big dispensing jar or container and then serve! What’s really fun with this one though being able to add and little whiskey and amaretto!

So tasty so good.

(To fit a 2-gallon drink dispenser)

• 2 Gallons Apple Cider

• 1 -12.2 oz. bottle caramel syrup

• 1 Tbsp. Pumpkin Pie Spice

• 1/2 liter amaretto

• 1 liter of whiskey
