  • 1 cup of fresh or frozen blueberries
  • 1 cup of water
  • 1 cup of granulated sugar

Directions:

  1. In a small saucepan, combine the blueberries, water, and sugar. Stir to combine.
  2. Bring the mixture to a boil over medium-high heat, then reduce the heat to low. Let the mixture simmer for about 10-15 minutes, occasionally stirring until the blueberries have broken down and the syrup has thickened.
  3. Remove the syrup from the heat, and let it cool completely.
  4. Once the syrup has cooled, strain it through a fine-mesh sieve to remove the solids. Discard the solids, and transfer the syrup to a clean jar or bottle.

PEACH COBBLER

On trying to fignite out  this recipe I found and am going to try  a couple different paths.

  • A cream based one that seams kinda thick –
  • A hot one that uses apple cider
  • And a homemade one that is sweet but hella good.

All are tasty and gives a different taste and texture!  I’m a fan of homemade things so I think I gravitate to the #3

****update******

A highbred  of two and three was the charm.  I will keep everything up here, as I like to learn from mistakes and also because you will find recipes that will tell you to have cream based liquor and peach schnapps… they are wrong
